Official Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Open to U.S. residents only. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by East Coast Bakes, Long Island, New York ("Sponsor"). The game website at ecbgames.com is operated on Sponsor's behalf.

2. Promotion period

The Promotion begins when the game is posted and ends on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Scores recorded after the end of the Promotion Period do not count.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located in the U.S. when they play, and who are 13 years of age or older. Residents of U.S. territories and all other countries are not eligible to win; the prize can only be claimed or delivered within the United States. Players under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to play, and a parent or legal guardian must claim any prize on their behalf. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor, and anyone involved in running the Promotion, may play for fun but are not eligible to win the prize. Void where prohibited.

4. How to enter

Visit ecbgames.com (for example, by scanning the QR code at Sponsor's table), create a free account with a valid email address and password, and play the "Bake Shop Rush" game. Creating an account is free. Limit one (1) account per person and per email address. Players may play as many games as they like during the Promotion Period; only each player's single highest verified score counts.

5. Game of skill; how the winner is chosen

This is a game of skill, not a game of chance. The winner is the eligible player with the highest verified score on the leaderboard at the end of the Promotion Period. If there is a tie, the player who reached the tied score first wins. Scores are checked automatically for plausibility; Sponsor may review gameplay records and may disqualify any score it reasonably believes was not achieved through normal play.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: two (2) dozen rainbow cookies from East Coast Bakes. Approximate retail value: under $50. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

Allergen notice: East Coast Bakes products are made gluten-free, but rainbow cookies are traditionally made with almond (a tree nut) and may contain eggs, dairy, and other allergens. Ask Sponsor for ingredient information before eating. Sponsor is not responsible for allergic reactions.

7. Winner notification and prize claim

The potential winner will be notified by email (to the address on their game account) and/or in person within about 3 days after the Promotion Period ends. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification and claim the prize by pickup or another method arranged with Sponsor within 14 days, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next highest eligible score. Sponsor may require proof of identity and account ownership (for example, showing your baker name while signed in) and, for minors, a parent or guardian's consent.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the skill of the player and the number and scores of other eligible players.

9. Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who creates multiple accounts, uses bots, scripts, automation, or software modifications, tampers with the website or scores, provides false information, or otherwise acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

10. General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, and may then award the prize based on eligible scores recorded before the action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries or scores, network or device failures, or website errors. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion.

11. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, players agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or consumption of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Information collected is used as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Winner's name

The winner's baker name (not their real name or email) and score may be shown on the public leaderboard. A list of winners is available by contacting Sponsor through eastcoastbakes.com within 30 days after the Promotion ends.
